Steps to make Red velvet cake:
  1. First, grease a baking cake tin with oil and dust it with flour. Tap out the excess flours. I have taken heart shape mould.
  2. Sieve the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and the rising agent3-4 times, add vinegar to the milk and stir it well. Keep aside for 5 mins then add vanilla essence and cooking oil in it.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Add red gel food colour according to the colour you desire.mix it properly. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.tap the tin gently to remove air bubbles. Baked the cake in the oven for 35-40 mins or a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Make a whipped cream and sugar syrup.
  5. Cut the cake in 2-3 layers.soak with sugar syrup. Apply whipped cream cover the cake with cream and put into the fridge for 10 minutes.
  6. Decorate the cake with your choice or design.our red velvet cake is ready.decorate with some fresh rose petals.
  7. Valentine's red velvet cake is ready.serve with love.
