One of our favourite Shan spice mixes was their Murgh Cholay. I've been trying to experiment for a few years and searching for a recipe to replicate theirs but haven't been successful. Steps to make Chicken chickpea curry (Murgh cholay salan)☺🍜:
  1. Heat oil in a pot and garlic mix then add chicken and mix and cook until white.
  2. When white take out.
  3. Add onions and saute them.
  4. Add chickpea and chicken and mix well
  5. Now add shan murgh cholay masala.
  6. Add water 1 and 1/2 cup and cook on low to medium flame. When chicken is cooked and curry is made. Garnish with green chillis and coriander and serve hot with rice.
