Instructions to make Dalgona coffee cake:
  1. To prepare cake: Crush the biscuits in a crusher, take the crushed mixture into a bowl. Know Add baking soda, powdered sugar and mix well. Add milk and mix well. Add vanilla essence, mix well and your cake batter is ready. Take a cake tin grease and dust it and add the batter to it. Bake the cake at 180 °C for 45 minutes approx. Unmold the cake and our biscuit cake is ready to eat.
  2. To prepare dalgona cream. Electric blender or whiskers, 2 tsp butter, 1 and half tsp instant coffee powder 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  3. Apply the cream on the cake and add garnish it with almond (optional) And your cake is ready to serve.

It's my basic chocolate cake recipe which I used to make these Sour Cream Fudge Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting and these Halloween Spider Cupcakes. This is the best chocolate cake. It's moist and fudgy and simply perfect - all the best qualities you could ask. To make Dalgona coffee you need equal amounts of instant coffee, white sugar, and hot water. Mix them with a spoon until the coffee and sugar are dissolved and then use an electric whip to get that into a mousse with a stiff peak.
