  2. Now add refined oil and vanilla essence. Beat well.
  3. Dissolve coffee powder in a cup of hot water properly.
  4. Now pour the coffee mixture into the flour mixture and also add the vinegar. Beat well for 2 to 3 minutes till the mixture is smooth and light.
  5. The cake mixture is ready now.
  6. Now preheat the oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  7. Grease the baking pan by using a little amount of oil and also sprinkle some flour into it.
  8. Now transfer the cake mixture into the baking pan.
  9. Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes or till golden from the top..
  10. Now remove the hot cake from oven.
  11. Cover the hot cake with a wet cloth for 30 minutes.
  12. After 30 minutes remove the cloth from the cake and cut the cake into slices.

How to Make Vegan Coffee Cake Make the cinnamon streusel by mixing together the brown sugar, vegan butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and plant based milk. Vegan coffee cake does not miss a beat with the admittedly curious combination of gelatinized ground flax, applesauce and aquafaba (the water from canned beans).
