- Spread half of the cream mixture and grated chocolate then add another layer of biscuits.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Take it out of the fridge to bend biscuits as in the picture and take care that if you try to bend biscuits before the chilling step, it will break.
- Cover it with cling film and chill overnight. Then garnish with cocoa powder and berries.
