  4. I add all d vegetables in to couscous ball mix well and insert d couscous in to d chicken first(do not overload d chicken form d inside)then later i add d remaining couscous by d side of my baking dish and place d chicken at d centre of d baking dish.
  5. I use foil papper to cover d top of d baking dish and bake for 2hrs,while baking from time to time I use to stir d couscous from by d side to avoid sticking to d baking pan.
  6. When done serve hot and enjoy.

Add the onion, zucchini, garlic, lemon peel, crushed red pepper, fennel seeds and cinnamon; season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
