  6. Add the seaweed and sesame in the top of cooked rice,scoop some curry beside the rice

Simplest chicken curry you'll ever make! Serve over hot cooked rice with a little side of mango chutney, if desired. In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat oil. Serve over rice, garnished with basil or mint, if desired. Add the onions and minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until the onions are fragrant and softened.
