  4. Now add dry ingredients and whisky then until well combine, add butter milk little by little as you whisk slowly, combine until no crumbs at the butter, add now some raising and combine well
  5. Pour batter into cake pan, bake for around 40 to 45 min until cake is well baked, insert a toothpick into center of the cake to check if it's ready, if it comes out clean it is ready.
  6. Allow cake to cool, completely in a pan before frosting…
  7. In a large bowl, using hand held put whipping cream and vannila essence, whisky them together, until frosting is heavy cream,
  8. Decorations…. Using large serrated knife, slice a thin layer of the cake
  9. Place layer on your plate, or stand, cover the first layer with frosting, same tothe next layer, and put them together
  10. Lastly, take chocolate ang grate on top
  11. Refrigerate for 30min to get a perfect sliced, enjoy
