The Vanilla Buttercream Frosting makes it special. Add milk; beat until light and fluffy. Frost top of cake with frosting. Whisk together the egg whites and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer and set the bowl over the simmering pot.

  1. Preheat your oven for me i use charcoal oven so I preheat about 10 mins prior baking,PS:pic of a charcoal oven
  2. Break 5 eggs and beat,
  3. Cream your Magerine and sugar untill fluffy and see the colour of BB is pale then add the 5ml vanilla essence continue creaming until well incoporated
  4. Add eggs one by one into the mixture before adding the dry ingredients
  5. Add your dry ingredients and pour to the greased Baking tin and bake for 40min
  6. For frosting take 200g Magerine and 400g Icing sugar, beat magerine on high speed till it turns pale,
  7. Sift the icing sugar add to the Magerine beat slowly until the icing sugar is well incoporated then increase speed beat for another 5 minutes and ur buttercream is ready to frost

Frost top of cake with frosting. Whisk together the egg whites and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer and set the bowl over the simmering pot. Place the second cake on top of the first and add another layer of buttercream. This fluffy vanilla cake is light, airy, and topped with the most amazing, fresh strawberry buttercream! Cream butter until light and fluffy.
