  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while kneading to make a chapati-like dough. Add more flour or wet ingredients as needed.
  4. When the dough is not too soft and not too hard and not sticky, pour a tablespoon of oil and knead it together and let it sit for 5 minutes
  5. Make fist sized balls from the dough and place them on a surface
  6. Roll out each dough but let it still be a bit thick
  7. Cut the rolled out dough into desired shape
  8. Heat a deep pan or sufuria quarterway with oil on medium heat
  9. Add the shaped dough one by one until they fit into the pan comfortably
  10. Deepfry until brown on both sides then drain all extra oil
  11. Place into a hotpot with kitchen towels to seep any extra oil
  12. Serve with tea, juice… Any beverage 😊😋
