  12. Take 2 onions finely chopped
  13. Take 1 Tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  14. Get 2 green chillies finely chopped
  15. Get 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  16. Prepare 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  17. Make ready 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  18. Get 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  19. Take 1 teaspoon dhaniya pawder
  20. Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  21. Get as per taste Salt
  22. Make ready 2 tablespoons Oil
Steps to make Onion Pakoda Gravy:
  1. For making pakoda:———- Mix all ingredients except oil. Mix everything well to coat the onion with flour. Add some water as required.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or frying pan to deep fry the pakoras. Take a small amount of mixture and make small pakoras and add it to the oil.
  3. Fry them till they become golden. keep it aside.
  4. For Gravy:———- Place the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add cumin, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and onions and fry them.
  5. Add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix it.
  6. Add tomatoes and fry them continuously till they become soft.
  7. Mix with water and cook covered for five minutes. Garnish with coriander.
  8. Onion Pakoda gravy Sabji is ready. Serve hot with rice or paratha.
