  16. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon hing
  17. Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  18. Get 1 tsp red chilly powder
  19. Take 50 gm gud /sugar
  20. Take Salt as per taste

  8. Peel and roughly chop the tomatoes.
  9. In a pan heat oil and add jeera, sauf and hing.
  10. Add in the boiled tomatoes.
  11. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, gud/sugar and mix together.
  12. Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  14. Serve the methi pooris with tomato chutney.
