  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  6. Get 3/4 cup Green peas
  7. Take 1/4 tsp Semolina
  8. Get 3/4 cup wheat flour
  9. Get as required Oil to fry
  10. Get 1 tsp Carom seeds

  1. Take rawa, wheat flour in a big mixing bowl and mix peas and green chilli to it, followed by salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, green coriander and 1 tbsp oil. Mix everything really well and knead stiff dough for making pooris. Add water in small portions to knead dough. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes to set.
  2. Divide the dough into small poori size portion, coat the roundels with oil, take the roundel using rolling pin roll small poori and deep fry them.till golden brown.
  3. And serve with curd or sabjj.
