  4. I then pressed the middle biscuit to the middle hole.
  5. I brushed with eggs to get a nice shinny outcome.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 170degrees.
  7. I put jam at the middle hole.

These small batch Cinnamon Crunch Scones are a soft and tender cream-based scone topped with an amazing brown sugar cinnamon crunch crumb topping. Make with whole wheat or all purpose flour or a bit of both! Place onto a greased baking sheet, and flatten lightly. Let the scones barely touch each other. There's a magic hour just after they come out of the oven when they are so heavenly I just can't imagine why anyone would prefer store-bought scones.
