2. Transfer in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into two equal portion.
4. In one mixture add rose red food colour, add milk,
5. Make a dough and make small roundles balls.
6. In one mixture add green food colour, add milk
7. Make a dough and take small portion of press it with the hand.
8. To make the lotus
9. In green flat ball, on top add red ball, cover it, flat it a bit
10. Keep in refrigerate it for 20 minutes,
11. Cut in between and make a x or as many petals and open it a bit slowly slowly.
12. The lotus is ready to be served
