  1. Get 100 gms khoya
  2. Get 200 gms Parwal
  3. Get 1 big Potato
  4. Make ready 1 cup Milk
  5. Get 1 tbsp Ghee
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Jeera
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp Hing
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  11. Take 1 tsp Dhania powder
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
  13. Take 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  14. Take to taste Salt
Instructions to make Khoya Parwal (Saktik Vegetable):
  1. Add ghee to the pan.
  2. Add jeera and all the dry masalas like, hing, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, and Garam Masala powder.
  3. Saute for a minute and add khoya and saute till the ghee floats.
  4. Peel potato and cut into cubes and fry them. Peel parwal and slit from center and cut into two pieces, and fry them.
  5. Add them into the masala, mix well and add milk, mix well and add salt.
  6. Add kasuri methi and mix well.
  7. Boil and simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
