  1. Heat a non stick pan,then add desi ghee followed by the coconut and stir well until it turns aromatic.
  2. Then add milk and cardamom powder.
  3. Keep stirring on medium flame to avoid burning then add khoya sugar and allow it to melt.
  4. Finally add milk powder (if needed you can add more) to binding.
  5. Grease the thali with ghee and pour the mixture.Level it evenly with a flat spoon. Sprinkle chopped nuts. Allow to cool a little.
  6. Then cut into desired shape and enjoy
