  2. Mix Mava and ghee properly. Then add milk powder and sugar.
  3. Add grated paneer, elaichi powder and pista once mixture become proper thick.
  4. Cook for 10 min on slow gas flame. Now mixture is ready, switch off the gas.
  5. Grease the tin and add mixture. Set for half and hour.
  6. After it is set, cut the pieces of Burfi mixture and serve. Garnish with pistachio.
