  1. Take a pan and pour the milk. Put on low flame and let boil. Get it half and slightly colour also get change. Keep on stirring.
  2. Now add Cardomon powder, sugar and mix it well. Dissolve the sugar and get thick malaidar (creamy) Rabdi ready.
  3. Get rabdi to room temperature. Now add rose syrup. Mix it well and let it cool down completely. Pour to the air tight container and also in kuhllad (katoris made up from mud) put them in the deep freezer and let it sit for 5-6hrs.
  4. Serve with chopped cashews and garnish with Cashews and almonds. Enjoy the chilled rose kulfi after dinner.
