  18. Prepare 50 g Soft Butter
  19. Prepare 1 Red Onion Quartered
  20. Get 4 Sweet Potato (wedge-cut&mix with Smoked Paprika)
  21. Take 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  22. Make ready 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  23. Prepare 4 Chestnut Mushrooms (Quartered)
  24. Prepare 1 Tsp Tomato Pesto

Marinated shrimp and lightly seasoned steak are grilled together for a delightful surf-and-turf dinner for two. Transfer steaks to a platter and loosely tent with a piece of aluminum foil.   3. Sauté the broccoli,sugar snaps, sliced red onions and chestnut mushrooms in a drizzle of oil for 5 mins. Add the tomato pesto and simmer for 2 mins. Cook the steak to preferred spec.
