We made this last night and I have made some minor changes to the original recipe, we served it Heat oil in a wok or large frypan over medium-high heat and stir in spring onions, garlic and chilli Stir in prawns and toss to coat with oil and then stir in prepared water and sauce mix and cook and. For the prawns, coat the raw prawns with the chilli and garlic sauce in a shallow non-reactive dish. Cover and leave to marinate for up to an hour. Heat the olive oil in a griddle pan until smoking.

  7. Rice goes nice with the king prawns especially the sauce. Or like me some tempura king prawns and make some battered squid too.

Cover and leave to marinate for up to an hour. Heat the olive oil in a griddle pan until smoking. Add the prawns and cook until well coloured (about three minutes each side). Set the prawns aside in a. Melt the butter and oil together in a frying pan.
