  1. Take 2 cups beans
  2. Take 3 large scotch bonnet
  3. Take 1 large onion
  4. Get 2 clove garlic
  5. Prepare 1 pinch Ajino moto
  6. Get 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. Take 2 large red tattasai
  8. Take Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions to make Fluffy Akara:
  1. Wash and peel beans to remove back and any dirt, rinse to remove stones. Drain water from beans and add in wash scotch bonnet, onions, garlic, ginger and tattasai and grind to a thick smooth paste.
  2. Add salt and ajino moto to beans paste, Using wooden spoon or soup spoon beat beans paste until light and fuffy, heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan, allow to get hot and scoop beans mixture into the oil, fry each side for some seconds and turn the other side till golden brown drain in colander or paper towel, serve while hot
