  1. Take both lentils wash it and soak atleast 6 hours after 6 hours u can see ur lentin swells now remove water and shift this in ur mixer grinder add zeera,Hong,green chilkies and churn it use lil bit water….while churn ur mixer u need lil bit cource paste (dardara) jise KEHTE hai Hindi me…
  2. Now take it in bowl and mix it well put ginger garlic,Coriander leaves finally chopped mix it well u can see ur mixture now some fluffy..and lil bit bubbly…wen ur mixture is ready in end u add salt to taste
  3. Now give a good mix to check ur mixture is ready take a glass of water take some mixture and put this in glass if mixture swims it means ur mixture is ready…and if it is not ready ur mixture will does not swim it's a tip
  4. Now take kadai add oil heat it on medium flame…with the help of spoon put this mixture in hot oil….fry them wen it golden brown in colour… After five min fry it in low flame… It will be crispy… Ur crispy pakode ready to serve
