  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 10 mins
  4. Add all the spices, tomato, curry leaves and salt and fry for another 10 mins
  5. Add mutton pieces and fry well.
  6. Add water and cook in pressure cooker for 1 hour.
  7. Relish it hot with steamed rice, Appam or Dosa
