  16. Prepare 1/2 Cup - Cononut slices
  17. Get 1 String - Curryleaf
  18. Take 2 - Cinnamon
  19. Take 6 Cloves
  20. Take 1 TSP - Cumin seeds
  21. Prepare 1 TSP - Pepper seeds
  22. Take 1 TSP - Kuskus
  23. Make ready 2 Tbsp - Fennel seeds
  24. Take 1 Tbsp - Rice

Mutton gravy recipe can be made in various ways but here I have not used onions and tomatoes to make the gravy but have prepared the. I learnt this spicy and tasty coconut based mutton gravy from my sister Indumathi. She is an expert in cooking especially non - veg. Though we usually have it with steamed rice.

Steps to make Mutton Bone Gravy:
  1. Fry all ingredients in a pan and grind all ingredients into masala Paste.
  2. Pour oil in cooker and saute curry leaves, Onion, Potatoes and Mutton bones and fat.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and masala powders. Fry till raw smell turns to an aroma.
  4. Add ground masala Paste and salt to taste. Pour a cup of water and close the lid. Wait for 5 Whistles.
  5. Now bone gravy is ready to be served.

Dhaba Mutton is very popular in North India and as we go by the it is usually served by the roadside dhabas.
