We will eat Jollof rice and Jollof spaghetti all year long but comes special occasion, my mom will make Yassa, pizza or Jollof couscous. Steps on how to prepare jollof couscous. Wash, season and cookmeat, liver or fish until very soft, fry the meat and liverwith vegetable oil and keep aside.   4. After that add your couscous, make sure the water level can contain the couscous and stir it.
  5. Allow it to steam for 3-5 minutes. Ready to serve.
