  6. Test whether the oil has heated by use of one piece. If heated place in the.mandazis carefully let them rise and turn over. Let it cook to golden brown and turn on the other side to cook to golden brown. Once done remove and put aside in a bowl to cool
  7. Once through serve.with hot tea coffee or chocolate
