  1. Take 500 g Baby spinach leaves
  2. Prepare 1/4 Cup butter
  3. Prepare 3 Cloves minced garlic

  2. Add the spinach and cook for around 4 minutes with the lid on.
  3. Once the spinach has cooked down add the garlic and flour and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Turn off and remove the pan from the heat, Season with Nutmeg, Salt, Pepper and stir in the Parmesan until its melted.
