Instructions to make Pearl Couscous (Plomb) Stir fry:
  1. Cook plomb in enough boiling water for about 12 minutes. Add salt and a dash of vegetable oil.
  2. Strain in a colander and set aside. On a medium flame, heat up a pan/ wok, add vegetable oil, saute the onions for about 2 minutes. Add garlic paste and saute for another minute.
  3. Add minced meat and saute on high heat until cooked. Add diced pepper, curry thyme and seasoning.
