Mackerel with five spice, tomatoes & spinach noodles. Arrange a layer of spinach on top, then place the chunks of mackerel onto the spinach leaves. Carefully pour over the yoghurt-and-egg mixture and dot the surface of the tart with the cherry tomato. Wash the spinach in a large bowl of cold water.

Steps to make Mackerel with spinach:
  1. 1 tin of this mackerel fillets
  2. Fresh spinach
  3. Fry the bay leaf and panch phoron for few minutes
  4. Add onions and garlic with them
  5. Add all the spices and mix them well
  6. Now add mackerel
  7. Cook them for 10mins. Don't add any water.
  8. Then add green chillies and fresh coriander. Cook them for more 10mins. Put the lid on
  9. Add spinach and mix them well. Put the flame on low and cover it with lid. Cook for 5mins. Then turn of the gas. It's ready to serve. It goes well with plain rice or chapati.

Carefully pour over the yoghurt-and-egg mixture and dot the surface of the tart with the cherry tomato. Wash the spinach in a large bowl of cold water.
