  4. Add your pasta and spinach. Keep tossing until the spinach has wilted. If your pasta begins to stick, add some of the pasta water.
  5. Add cheese and cream and mix well until uniform. Then add salt, black pepper and dried red chilli flakes to taste.
  6. Plate up and garnish with finely grated cheese!

Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions until al dente. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat.
