  1. In a small pot add the honey, sugar, white wine and both mustards mix together.
  2. Add the gammon steaks to a greased oven dish or silver foiled
  3. With a spoon add the mustard mix to each gammon steak all over covering the steaks.
  4. Add to a preheated 200c for 5 minutes then turn down and cook on 150 for 30-45 minutes
  5. Inbetween use a spoon to take up the sauce and pour back onto the gammon steak.
