  7. Combine parsley and breadcrumbs with a pinch of pepper.
  8. Add gnocchi, bacon, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Top with breadcrumb mixture. Sprinkle parmigiano across the top. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and breadcrumbs have caramelized.
