My egg fried rice recipe uses egg that's slightly flavored with turmeric and paprika, which I think is a unique addition. It adds color to the dish, making it a vibrant yellow.   3. Now add coloured bell peppers,green chilli,black pepper,soya sauce,vinegar salt and cook for seconds.
  4. Break eggs add salt and black pepper powder.In the corner of kadai add egg mixture and make a omelette.
  5. Cook well and cut into pieces.
  6. Now mix everything like egg pieces and vegetables.
  7. Add spring onion and saute for a second.Add rice and mix well.
  8. Take out in a serving bowl garnish with egg pieces and chopped spring onion.Serve hot with Manchurian of your choice.

Toss well to combine, then press down evenly into skillet. Crack in eggs, stirring quickly to scramble eggs with vegetables.
