Heat oil in a medium skillet or wok over medium heat. Fried Rice is basically a cooked rice that's been fried in oil and the amount of oil that you use can determine how healthy or unhealthy the recipe is. Egg Fried Rice is basically just rice, egg, soy sauce & onions.

The ingredients needed to make Egg Fried Rice:
  1. Get Long grain rice 80% cook
  2. Get egg
  3. Take shezwan rice
  4. Get green onion
  5. Make ready chopped mushrooms
  6. Take fine chopped carrot
  7. Make ready Oil

Crack in eggs, stirring quickly to scramble eggs with vegetables. Pour beaten eggs into the wok and scramble. Reheat only the amount you want to serve, if you are making it in a big quantity. To reheat egg rice, bring the rice to room temperature.

Instructions to make Egg Fried Rice:
  1. First dilute shezwan sauce in 2 tbsp water.
  2. Take oil in pan and break egg directly on it and scrambled it.
  3. Add all vegetables and diluted paste of shezwan sauce. Add rice and mix it and cover it and let it cook till rice grains gets nice red colour of shezwan sauce. And serve it.

Reheat only the amount you want to serve, if you are making it in a big quantity. To reheat egg rice, bring the rice to room temperature. Stir in between a few times. Egg fried rice is perfect for days when you need something that is more flavourful than plain steamed rice. And it's such a great way to use up day-old rice.
