  3. Stuff the shells with the mixture, make sure to fill the corners inside the shells
  4. Dust the steamed shells with plain flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat with the bread crumb
  5. Deep fry at 180c until golden brown
  6. Serve warm with sweet plum sauce
