I can say for sure that this is one of the best desserts in the world. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a saucepan combine the milk, butter, sugar and salt. Bring to a low boil over medium heat.

Instructions to make Chocolate puff puff:
  1. Start by proving the yeast…add sugar and warm milk to the yeast leave it to stay for about 10 mins(if you don't see bubbles on top of it that means the yesst is not longer active, so you have to get another one)…mix all the dry ingredients together till well combined add the proved yeast then you add warm milk or water mix it very well…the batter shouldn't be too thick(i like thick batter)…cover and allow it to stay in a warm place for about 45 mins-1hr
  2. When it has risen to over double it's size,beat air out of it before scooping to fry…

In a saucepan combine the milk, butter, sugar and salt. Bring to a low boil over medium heat. Put the chocolate bar in the middle of the puff pastry sheet. Put the sides of the puff pastry sheet over the chocolate bar and pinch to seal, so the chocolate is completely sealed inside the puff pastry. Flip the puff pastry roll and put in on the baking sheet, seam side down.
