Mix everything together with your hands to form a dough. Start making koftas from the dough. Instructions Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and Serrano pepper to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides a few times if needed. Add the ground meat to the food processor and blend until minced/smooth and well combined with the onion mixture.

They are usually prepared with ground pork but also with beef. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, egg yolk, oregano, salt and pepper. Add the kofta spices - cumin, coriander, and red chili powder - to this mash and mix well. The resulting dough should be firm.

Steps to make Chili kofta:
  1. Squeeze the grated bottle gourd & drain excess water & take this in a bowl. Add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and mix to make a dough. Make balls (koftas) to desired size. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry.adding few balls at a time. Remove and place them a side in a plate or bowl.
  2. In sauce pan heat oil.
  3. Add onions, capsicums, tomato. Fry it well
  4. Add salt, tomato sauce, chili sauce
  5. Now mix koftas in it.
  6. Now serve it in plate or bowl garnishing with tomato

Add the kofta spices - cumin, coriander, and red chili powder - to this mash and mix well. The resulting dough should be firm. You can serve the kofta on the skewers or take them off the skewers and arrange sections of the kofta on a plate. Making malai kofta curry recipe: Take onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts and water in a saucepan and turn the heat on medium. Once cooled down, make a smooth puree using the blender.
