The ingredients needed to make Fried Allu sabzi:
  1. Take Ingredients for potatoes frying
  2. Get 1/2 kg potatoes
  3. Take Oil for deep fry
  4. Make ready Ingredients for sabzi
  5. Make ready 1/3 cup oil
  6. Make ready 1 small onion
  7. Prepare 3-4 curry leaves
  8. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Make ready 2 small tomatoes
  10. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Make ready 1 tsp bhuna masala
  13. Take 1/2 tsp Kalonji
  14. Prepare Pinch sour salt
  15. Get Salt to taste
  16. Make ready Fried potatoes
  17. Prepare For garnish
  18. Take 1 Sliced green chilli
  19. Take Chopped coriander
Instructions to make Fried Allu sabzi:
  1. Peel wash and cut potatoes in jullion shape then deer fry them until done it will take almost 15 mints (don't let them crispy)
  2. Now add oil in a pan then add sliced onions in it then let it golden brown then add cumin seeds and curry leaves..
  3. Then add add tomato slices and simmer for 5 mints then mashed them with spoon then add turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, salt, sour salt, bhuna masala and Kalonji and mix broil it until oil comes upward then add fried potatoes in it
  4. Them mix and further cook for 5 mints then garnish coriander and sliced green chilli and serve…
