The ingredients needed to make Cauliflower Sabzi:
  1. Make ready 1/2 kg Cauliflower
  2. Take 1 Onion
  3. Take 1 Tomato
  4. Get as needed Peas
  5. Make ready as per taste Salt
  6. Prepare As needed Red chilli powder
  7. Make ready as required Everest Bhaji masala
  8. Get as required Oil
  9. Make ready as required Turmeric powder
Steps to make Cauliflower Sabzi:
  1. Wash the vegetables and finely chop them.
  2. Heat the oil for 5 minutes. And then add some onions in it.
  3. Add all the vegetables in the heated oil. And add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Everest Bhaji masala and salt.
  4. Cover it and cook it on a low flame for around 30 minutes. And your cauliflower bhaji is ready to serve.
