  1. Cut the veggies in cubes…Now turn on the gas oven and take a pan add oil in it,add cumin seeds in it..Now add onion,tomato and green chilli in it..fry them with turmeric and salt now add potato and baigan cubes in it…cover the lid and cook till they become soft.
  2. Now add all the dry masalas in it..add little water in it mix them well and cook for more 7 to 10 mins..
