  1. Make ready 1 bowl rice
  2. Take 1 bowl yellow dal (Mong dal)
  3. Prepare 1 cup Mix veg (potato,carrot,capcicum,tomato)finally chopped
  4. Make ready to taste Salt
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  7. Take 2 spoon desi ghee
Steps to make Masala veg khichdi:
  1. Wash the dal and rice
  2. Take a cooker,add 2 glass water.
  3. Add daal and rice,boiled it for 1 whistle.now off the flame
  4. Take a pan,add ghee or oil.sprinkle the cumin seeds.now add onion, cook it till brown,now add tomato, capcicum,carrot. Cover with a lid for 2or 3 mins add all masals.now mix boiled dal and rice. It is ready to serve.
