  4. Grease the dough lightly with some oil and cover it with a warm kitchen towel for at least 20 minutes
  5. Divide your dough into small balls and keep them covered to stop them from drying out (I made 5 balls). Roll each of them out, divide into quarters and deep fry the pieces till golden brown.. Enjoy your lemon mandazis with some hot masala tea!!
