  5. Phir is ko mix karein
  6. Phir is ke kabab bana lain
  7. Phir aik pan main aik kabab aik bell pepper aik tomato or potato ko layer main laga dain
  8. Phir chicken broth main tomato paste ko mix karein
  9. Phir kabab ke oper dal dain
  10. Phir olive oil bhi add karein
  11. Phir is ko 400 degree per 40 45 minute bake karein
  12. Phir garam garam Serve karein

This recipe makes a healthier, fuss-free, baked version. Pakistani cuisine boasts a few signature beef dishes - you've got haleem, nihari, and of course, the quintessential barbeque - seekh kabob! Kabob koobideh is made with ground lamb or beef or a combination of the two. This is one of the most delicious kabob recipes I have ever found.
