1. Cook pasta as per packet instruction and drain
2. To cook the prawn: melt butter with a splash of olive oil, then fry the prawns and garlic until they're cooked, approx 2 minutes
3. Pre heat the oven to 180 celcius
4. To cook the cheese sauce: Heat the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. When it's hot, saute the onion until soft and translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and saute another minute.
5. Add the flour to the pan, mix it well and stir often until it browns a bit. Gradually pour in the cream, mixing it well
6. Add cheese a little bit at a time, mixing it well.
7. Mix well the pasta, prawns and cheese sauce, then put them in a baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parsley, bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
