  3. Turn oven up to high (Gas mark 8 or 9) for a couple of mins to get the oil really hot.
  4. Pour batter over sausages and put back.on oven at high temperature for 10 mins.
  5. Turn temp down to Gas mark 6 and continue cooking for around 30 mins or until the batter is filed and golden brown.
