1. Mix all dry ingredients together by using Strainer
2. Whisk sugar and butter in same direction until it become fluffy, add condensed milk and vanilla essence and whisk again.
3. Now add dry ingredients and milk in portions, mix it well with soft hand and make smooth lumps free batter
4. Now add lemon juice mix well and transfer batter In a grease cake tin. And bake it fo 30-35 minutes in preheated cooker. You can also bake it in preheated oven in 180degree C for 25-30 minutes.
5. Allow cake to be cool in refrigerator for 2 hour.. in a large bowl take 1/2cup whipped cream whisk it for 7-8 minutes with 300w whisker…whipped cream is ready, fill cream in piping bag.
6. Add 1/4cup water in chocolate syrup and mix well.
7. Cut cake in 2 portions from center, spread chocolate syrup in both portions evenly. Apply cream in one portion and place 2nd portions over it, Apply cream all over cake evenly, make any designs of your choice and decorate it with chocolate chips.
