  2. Get 2 cups wheat flour

  9. Get 4 chopped potatoes
  10. Get 2 inch ginger
  11. Take 2 green chilli
  12. Prepare 3 medium chopped tomatoes
  13. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  16. Make ready 1/3 tsp garam masala powder
  17. Take 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  19. Get to taste Salt
  20. Get 1 tsp Coriander powder
Instructions to make Puri and Aloo tomato curry:
  1. For poori
  2. Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, ghee and water, mix well and knead a hard dough.
  3. Cover and keep the dough aside for 20 minutes to rest.
  4. After 20 mins roll the dough into pooris.
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry pooris.
  6. For aloo tomato curry
  7. Turn on the flame heat a pressure cooker.
  8. Add oil and let it heat.
  9. Add chopped potatoes and fry it for 2-3mnutes on medium flame and take it out.
  10. Add oil again in the pressure cooker add ginger green chilli and fry it for few seconds.
  11. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, add tomatoes mix well and cook it for 2-3minutes on medium flame.
  12. Open the lid stir it add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder mix it well.
  13. Cook it till the tomatoes turns soft.
  14. Add fried potatoes mix it well, add 1glass water, salt, coriander leaves and mix it well.
  15. Close the lid and cook it for 2 whistles, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  16. Aloo tomato curry is ready to serve.
