The ingredients needed to make Steamed Greens:
  1. Make ready 4 baby marrows cut into rounds
  2. Get Handful green beans cut into quarters
  3. Make ready 3 carrots peeled and sliced into strips
  4. Prepare 1 cup water to boil
  5. Get To taste salt
Steps to make Steamed Greens:
  1. Rinse all these vegetables (baby marrows, green beans and carrots) and pour water in a pot and place another enamel bowl in the pot and pour vegetables on it then cover the bowl with the pot lid let it boil while the vegetables are steaming.
  2. Let it continue to steam until you take a fork and just prick one vegetable to see that are now soft and crunch cause the reason for steam to enjoy those healthy nutrients in the vegetables
  3. Once the like that cooked then remove the bowl and discard the water and season with salt your healthy steamed vegetables can be served πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
