- Take 1 thumb size of ginger
- Take 1 thumb size of fresh turmeric or 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 1 tsp coriander powder
- Take 1 tbsp salt
- Make ready 1 tbsp sugar
Season both sides of cod with salt and pepper; place in skillet with vinegar mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a gentle simmer. - Pat dry the fish really well and set aside

Then steamed for 30 minutes.
- Grilled the steamed fish on the grilled pan for about 10-20 minutes.
